I took my car in for oil, change, alignment and brakes. I had a really great experience. The mechanic was extremely nice and professional. I feel confident that they Did a good job with my car
They were able to look at my car in a very timely manner, and we're understanding when I needed a few days to pick up my car. A little while after my experience they were able to email me a copy of my visit upon request. The people were very friendly and professional.
The guys did an excellent job, everything was explained very clearly there were no gotchas and in all the experience that I've had with having worked on on my vehicles by them they have always advised me correctly. I'd like to call out Marvin particularly for communicating well and having excellent customer service skills.
Great service, great prices. I called for an appointment, was in the next morning, had my car back within a couple hours. I went in for inspection & emission, went ahead and got an oil change and new air filter. They called prior to doing the oil change or air filter even though i mentioned needing both when I dropped my car off to be inspected. I also hadn't realized I didn't print my new insurance card, so I emailed it to them and they printed it for me right then.
